| Servo Motor Diagnostic and Repair Capabilities |
Substantial development of servo motor across a wide range of industrial applications such as robotic arms, CNC system, automation equipment and all types of manufacturing (printing and paper conveying machines, material handling equipment and more) have been greatly intensified with precision.
As our philosophy to provide reliable backup to our customer, we had developed a special team of expertise to capture the technique and skill cum equipments to resolve problems encounter for this range of motor & drive. We had customized ourselves on in-house or field diagnostic and provide on-time recommendation of repair with great efficiency. Our department is well equipped with custom-engineered system software, accurate analysis and precise alignment towards manufacture specification.
All servo motors are tested both statically and dynamically to insure proper operation. Feedback devices like encoders, resolvers and tachometers are adjusted and calibrated to the correct frequency timing signals, waveform shape, offset position, voltage level, etc.
